Who We Are

We are a Charity based in Llanelli, South Wales. We are not for profit: our sole motivation is to help the children and young people in our area to thrive. We believe that every child is precious and full of potential. Our heart is to see them released to be all they were made to be.

So we're getting really practical, connecting very strategically, and believing that we're only just getting started.

Here's to seeing every child in Wales thrive, one life at a time.

THIS IS FOR ALL THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS: BECAUSE EVERY CHILD WAS MADE TO THRIVE.

— MISSION STATEMENT

Vision Statement

We see a world where no child is exploited, neglected or abused. Where no child remains orphaned, alone or unloved. We see a world where children are treated as the treasures that they are. Where children walk in the light that they were created for; where they live in the certain knowledge that they were crafted by hands which makes no mistakes. We see a generation of Heirs, not orphans: sons and daughters, not statistics.

We see a generation healthy and whole, who overcome adversity and find healing for their pain. Who are helped, loved and believed in as they step into their potential. We see a generation not destined to make up the prison or the homeless population, but who know freedom and family, who are not only functional parts of society, but who are thriving, living in all that they were created to be.

We see a generation adopted into families; not left out or forgotten; where no child is deemed too old, too difficult or too different to be wanted. Where every child might know the love and security of home and belonging. We see a generation who are cared for, every step of the way there; from fostering to adoption, never forgotten, unwanted or unloved for a moment. We also see a family that extends the bounds of a home, where they know community, friendship, mentorship and belonging: where no one does the journey alone.

We see a generation who never experienced the trauma in the first place, because they were cared for before the crisis. Where prevention plays a key role; where support is offered to the families who need it most. We see families made whole again, parents and children reconciled to one another; where the entire family might flourish together.

We see a world which does not let the next generation down. A world which will do whatever it takes to care for the ‘least of these’; which rises up to take a hold of this mandate. We see a world which fiercely fights for them, that they might know freedom, security and love; that every child might be released to their potential, unhindered and unfettered by tragedy.

We see a generation who know that they are the handiwork of Heaven.

This is for all the sons and daughters, because they were made to thrive.
